Recommendation for an external flash

I'd like to acquire a shoe mount flash unit to use on my new Sony AR 7111. I rarely find a need for flash, but occasionally could use one as a fill light. Would like one with a tilt or rotating head that will meter through the lens. I don't anticipate the need for a high powered unit. Any suggestions on where to start looking would be appreciated.

Consider a Neewer. I have one for my Sony that is as sophisticated as my Canon-branded 580EX II models for my Canon DSLRs. The Neewer is not as ruggedly build as the Canon is my only negative observation.
