Tom, the D810 is a US model. Fotocare is the top camera store for professionals in NYC and does not sell
grey market merchandise. Over the past 10 years I have purchased all of my equipment from them.

Quick check shows those cameras with s/n starting with "3" or "30" are USA models. If that is correct, then this unit is a USA model.

I have bought all of my equipment from them and have a close relationship with Jeff Hirsch who is the business owner. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will do whatever is necessary to help you out with information or special equipment you may want to buy or rent for a shooting assignment. Also, the serial number starts with a 3, indicating that it is not "grey" (the 3 is used for US models).
