Some months ago a contributor to one of My posts suggested I "owed" a couple of pictures of My then upcoming trip.
The top picture is a pano of 4 photos of Mt Everest taken from Gawu pass Tibet. Nikon D7200 Nikkor 55-300,@195mm F11-1/800 sec iso-100.
The bottom picture is Mt Everest from Rongbok (base camp) Tibet a bit earlier on the same day. Same camera & lens @18mm - F11- 1/800 iso-100

Kathmandu, excellent. I do wish I could download the photos so I could see more details.

Thanks, Base camp was enough for Me. Also went to Base Camp Nepal.

Looks ungodly high, oxygen-deprived, and bottomlessly cold. But well-taken photos.

Great Images of Mt Everest from Tibetan side !!! I was there 20 years ago but lost all pix from house fire. You made me shed tears. Thank you so much for sharing ! Shang
