I think this is funny. You can buy a special book to keep your passwords. Wouldn't a cheap, basic notebook work just as well. This product has lots of competition. Although the idea of a book full of passwords seems to defeat the security of passwords, for many people, that's not an issue. I'm not worried about my son sneaking into my accounts, but remembering a hundred passwords isn't possible - at least for me. I use LastPass, but that doesn't always work, so I keep all my passwords in a file on my computer. When I make changes, I just change the word in the word processor. I don't have to cross out or erase something on paper.

I do the same. Just be careful to have a current backup of that file in case it becomes corrupt.

I've been using KeePass for the better half of 10 years. It's free, very secure and highly configurable. I keep the database on a networked drive so all my computers can access the same database.

I keep mine in a LOCKED note on my iPhone. Can only be opened by facial recognition or passcode.
Of course if I’m killed, someone can always put my dead face in front of the phone.

I keep my passwords and program installion keys on a spreadsheet with usernames and security question answers. When I change or add one I re-save the spreadsheet with a new date as part of the name. Lets me know which one is current and I can go back to a previous passowrd if I need to.

I put a PDF of the spreadsheet on my iPhone.

I never need any of my passwords if I'm not using my computer or phone. The spreadsheet is always there. The book could get misplaced. Particularly since at my age I have CRS syndrome.

Those password books are a cyber security nightmare. I just use a small notebook.

Where I have a problem is signing in on an iPad, Kindle, or phone. I don't have LastPass on them, so I'm stuck.

The paid version of last pass works on on iphone or ipad, but not well. At least I have them there for copy and past. My old stubby fingers don't work well with the tiny touch screens.

1Password syncs seamlessly with iPad and iPhone. I don't have a Kindle Fire (which is what I assume you mean; essentially an android tablet), and while that is not directly supported by 1Password my understanding from a quick search is you can something called a "side load" from google play store to implement 1Password functionality.

I was a RoboForm user prior to 1Password (which came about as RoboForm didn't run on Mac); I have used 1P for many years now and it's rock solid. What I really like is you can literally store any sensitive information in there you may need to reference in odd places and can retrieve on your mobile. Credit cards, passport info, family SSN's, etc. I also track all my software licenses, which is quite handy at times.
