Is anyone else in favor of an "IGNORE" "HIDE" or "DELETE" button that will clear your page from seeing things? Not so much to delete, hide or ignore content from other viewers of the site, but to let each individual choose...

If I'm not interested in a subject, I just don't open the post.

Depending of the amount of work for the Admin, it might be a good thing. Alternately, adults could just act like adults and police thier own viewing habits and keep out of mine. I applaud you for seeking a solution to strife, but some folks complain even if they think theyve "won". I do pick and choose who to interact with....call me human!

Hi Human......is that anything like an old saying my dad used to use... "You'd complain even if they hung you with a gold rope".

God created human beings with free will. That means we have the ability (whether we use it or not) to gather information, evaluate it, then make our decisions.

Life is about the choices we make.

Seems the easiest way to go . Some times a take a quick look see and if the content is not something I'm interested in just move on.

Sorta, kinda of in the same ilk - I would be interested in a way to note or mark certian members to not respond to. I say this because there may at least in theory be a couple of members that I find whenever I respond to their posts it seems to head toward an arguement. And yes some may feel the same towards me, regardless it would make it easier to keep track of those, so even if I found the subject of note I would have a yellow light as to proceeding with caution. Maybe a "NON - Buddy" list.

"A winter's day
In a deep and dark December;
I am alone,
Gazing from my window to the streets below
On a freshly fallen silent shroud of snow.
I am a rock,
I am an island.

I've built walls,
A fortress deep and mighty,
That none may penetrate.
I have no need of friendship; friendship causes pain.
It's laughter and it's loving I disdain.
I am a rock,
I am an island.

Don't talk of love,
But I've heard the words before;
It's sleeping in my memory.
I won't disturb the slumber of feelings that have died.
If I never loved I never would have cried.
I am a rock,
I am an island.

I have my books
And my poetry to protect me;
I am shielded in my armor,
Hiding in my room, safe within my womb.
I touch no one and no one touches me.
I am a rock,
I am an island.

And a rock feels no pain;
And an island never cries".

I hate to admit it but when I see certain members names and Avatar I hit the back arrow & don't even look at their terrible photos.
