Nice Shot, Megan. I like this photo.
I could almost visualize this good looking young man, holding a camera.
Very good, nice looking boy...

Thank you. He has a camera I bought him for his birthday but he didn't bring it that day.

Thank you, nanaval. I can't believe how grown up he is getting.
epic vanishing point perspective... fabulous back lighting... loving the iconic red plaid Penelton flannel shirt... signature of the American androgynous grunge fashion movement... which emerged in mid-1980s in Seattle... btw Pendlton's factory is located just across the river in Oregon... beautiful Northwestern US...
His footwear and denims work well with this grunge fashion genre theme...
Love shooting grunge... such a welcome relief from formal bridal gowns... updo hair styles and meticulous makeup... lol
Thank you for sharing maggiemae

Thank you Thomas! I always look forward to your feed back on my portraits!
I got one of those big diffusers for Christmas last year that you recommended and used it on this shoot. It was amazing. Thank you for the great advice. There are more photos connected to this shoot posted in the main photo gallery section as well.
Nice work! You seem to have captured the boy inside the boy.

Thank you. I am sorry I am just now responding. I just saw your comment. This shot was a happy surprise for me. When I uploaded it and worked with it some it quickly became my favorite. I love how the sun cast just the perfect rim light around his hair.
The photo says "BOY!" to me. Excellent ! The more prepared we are, the "luckier" we get!
