Muslim doctor did "womb jihad." Sterilized hundreds of American women without their knowledge or consent
What a bigoted crackpot rag you are referencing. Not defending that criminal, who deserves serious punishment.
The Muslim's crimes were reported in other media. Your slur against one reporter who reprinted the original article is dishonest and pointless.
Your avatar apparently is copyright infringing. If so, that is a federal felony by you.

Yes, the doctors crimes were reported in other media. The crackpot rag you link to is all about anti-Muslim sentiment. Which is why the reporter is dishonest with a meritless point.
As for my avatar, it's fair use. And you should learn the difference between felony and misdemeanor copyright infringement.

I am knowledgeable about 'fair use.' And have edited and written on the topic. You are clueless. Maybe some plaintiff's counsel will school you the hard way.

Your statement that it is a felony shows you don’t know what you are talking about. But then, that’s not the first time.
Your clueless claim of 'fair use' is a total falsehood.
Here is a less biased source:
" Federal prosecutors have charged Perwaiz with "executing a scheme" to defraud the Virginia Medical Assistance Program and Blue Cross Blue Shield by submitting false and fictitious claims from 2010 to about October of this year, according to the court documents. He is also be charged with making false and fictitious claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield for the patient he treated in October for providing her with medical care that "did not present with the symptoms listed" and that she did not need.
Perwaiz was arrested Friday and was still being held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail in Suffolk, Virginia, as of Sunday. His attorney, Lawrence H. Woodward Jr., did not immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment.
The affidavit lists other instances in where Perwaiz was under investigation related to his medical practice. In 1982, Perwaiz lost his hospital privileges at the Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, "due to poor clinical judgment and for performing unnecessary surgeries" and had been investigated by the Virginia Board of Medicine for performing surgeries, predominately hysterectomies, "without appropriate medical indications and contrary to sound judgment."
