This is a orange and black duotone done with photoshop.
1) Load original RGB photo
2) Convert photo to 8 bit. Image>Mode>8 bit. (Needs to be done to use photoshop's duotone conversion.)
3) Turn photo to greyscale. Image>Mode>Greyscale
4) Click on Duotone, then choose the color you want for duotone buy clicking on top bar in the duotone menu. Image>Mode>Duotone
