Hi All Here are some possibilities of what to do with dried leaves. Here are two I have made for a maybe new book. Thanks for looking and please enjoy. RBorud

I prefer the more realistic one. It has punch and thought for me. The first one is decorative, but the "purty" colors take away from your capture and pp work.

My feeling is that in the "natural" one [#2] that I look and quickly say aaaa ya, so what leaves that I have seen all my life.

With the first, color and texture added, the colors funnel my eye/mind into the center where i better see the colors and texture of the "natural" leaf structure and color. The #1 focuses my mind/eye on the subtleties of the leaf I now more that if just looking at #2..

Two different pictures. I am impressed by the skill involved in creating the first image. I am impressed by the eye that saw and captured the original image and prepared it for our viewing.
