I don't do much "artistic" PP, but this was a fun exercise in an older (CS2) version of PS.

Autumn colours can be great fun to work on in PP. You can make them look more autumnal by tint-shifting yellow towards orange and maybe orange towards red. And it's one of the few situations where it's difficult to overcook things because they respond well to being ramped up.

I find Lightroom HSL adjustments are great for this type of subject. It’s mostly about saturation and luminosity, so Lr makes it simple. Nothing wrong with using Ps of course, whichever you find easiest.

I was following up on a thread where folks were dicussing a free filter by Redfield (makers of Fractaliius) called SaturationEQU. It beats out HSL in that it breaks out the color tones present in the image actually being processed then provides Saturation and Luminance sliders for about 12 to 16 different bands. I found it to be a charming tool to use on my own Fall Color images and highly recommend it to anyone who regularly manipulates HSL settings

I’ll have a look at that Bob, thanks for the tip.
