Looking for a frame

This started out as a slightly out of focus Rufous Hummingbird. I don't even remember what all I did to it.
I'm going to editorialize a little bit. It be wonderful if instead of being constrained to a rectangular presentation I could have a frame that follows the contour of the vignette or maybe present it as an octagon with a frame to match.

What you want to do is possible if you cut your own frames. I have several frames that do that, and I'm not even good at it!

I agree you can cut your on mat but unless you are a skilled woodworker cutting and building a frame is a different story. The photo would probably still get framed in a rectangle.
