Sure won't mount on a Canon DSLR.
Oh but it will with the FD/EOS attachment that is included.
Read the description.

If this is the original Canon FD-EOS adapter, and not a 3rd party, I will take it. Please send me your payment details.
Thanks!
It is not the original adapter.
If you could find one of Canon's FD-to-EOS adapters it'd probably be worth more than this lens. Very rare item.
Must be rare, I've never seen one on eBay.

Thank you for the clarification... given that it is not an actual Canon adapter, I will pass. Thank you.

I've only read of them. Never seen one online or in-person.
I suppose the adapter that you have requires a lens as part of it's make up to allow focus to infinity?
The adapter is the type that has the glass that allows you to focus to infinity.
Thanks for the question.

Thanks for the question.
ANY FD-to-EOS adapter requires an optical element to provide focus to infinity. The problem is the lens is typically not of very high quality, which degrades image quality. This is why they don't have a good reputation. The Canon adapter, on the other hand, has a very fine quality lens in it, and maintains the image quality of the attached FD lens. It was also expensive.
Adapters that have a REMOVABLE lens element, like my blue Fotodiox, can be useful with mirror lenses and macro lenses. This what I use mine for. Mirror lenses focus PAST the infinity point and allow infinity focus. If you're doing macro work you don't need infinity focus, since you are close-focusing. The lens-less adapter is purely an extension tube.
I have an FD to EOS adapter .Made by Ed Mikka He design a replacement mount.. paid $100. Then remove the FD mount plus the F stop clicker then installed Ed's adapter works perfect. Oh, I have a 50 F1.4 ssc lens.
All this EOS-to-FD discussion clouds the
market value of this lens for adapting to
Sony, Fuji, EOS-R mount, etc etc which
WILL provide the normal focusing range.
I have pre-FD [FL] mount Canon 19mm
on a Sony adapter, no problem. Same
can be had for any non-SLR digital lens
mount. Hope this is helpful. Good luck !
