Challenge: “ Winter Fun and Woe’s Oct. 10 – 12”
I want to thank Larry for his Free Sunday challenge and Rolk for hosting “A Toast to Summer” both has a lot of great post in them.
Well here it is October 9th and winter just around the corner. Can’t wait (Ha,Ha) Summer has just flown by didn’t get near the things accomplished I wanted to do.
And at my age don’t have any winter fun shots, like sleding, skiing, snow ball fights their all on film or slides. Just mostly things that happens during the winter months.
In our younger years had motorcycles and 2 snowmobiles had a blast on the snowmobile’s.
So for this challenge would like to see your contributions of some winter fun shots or the work we do from mother nature.
A little hint Christmas, New Year and Valentins day is during the winter season. Thank you for joining in advance.

Thanks Pat but have to say at our age winter is not so pleasant most of the time. That's why I mentioned the holidays to warm the heart.

Winter Fun, huh? Kind of an oxymoron, no??? LOL
I feel ya' Bob...winter definitely isn't as much fun as it was 60 years ago,
but you know what? As big as a pain in the butt it is, it can provide some
of the most beautiful images...you mentioned ice, and I know it can be
destructive, and I hate when the power goes off, but ya' gotta love these:

but you know what? As big as a pain in the butt it is, it can provide some
