I am looking for Sony E mount lenses. I have the 50mm but need a wide angle for real estate photography. Does anyone have one for sale? Recommendations on a good one for that purpose welcome

I love my Sony e-mount 24-70mm GM lens, but it is pricey.

I have a Sony Zeiss FE 16-35mm F4 ZA OSS T* available for only $700 shipped. Exc++ condition with hood and both caps.

Do you have a crop/aps-c or full frame body? Sony’s E lenses are crop and FE lenses are FF, but both are ‘e-mount’. For a reasonably priced fast, wide angle lens for interiors, consider the Rokinon 12mm F2.0. It is manual focus but that is not a problem with focus peaking. If money is no object, go for the FE 24mm F1.4 GM – a magnificent lens.

Money is a factor... I wish it wasn't :) I have a full frame. I just purchased the A7II. I have a Nikon D610 and have several lenses but nothing lower than 28mm. I cannot get a good wide angle with anything I have so I need something like maybe the 12mm. I will look into that one. Thank you

The Rokinon 12mm is APSC ......

I think I would recommend you take a long look at the Sigma 20mm f1.4 - but it does not easily take filters.......https://fstoppers.com/gear/fstoppers-reviews-sigma-20mm-f14-art-sony-e-298347

Yes, the Rokinon is APS-C so it will give an equivalent focal length of 18mm. Your A7ii will yield an image of ..not sure.. maybe 10 mpx?

You might like a tilt lens for perspective correction. Sadly there is no native Sony tilt lens (yet), but Fotodiox make E-mount tilt/shift adaptors for several lenses including Nikon and medium format Pentax and Hasselblad lenses which are remarkably cheap on eBay.

The Sigma looks like a good one. I think I probably just need to rent first and see how they do before I purchase.

I use a Sony 16-35 f4 on a full frame for real estate, and it’s never let me down.

Have you tried renting a lens and passing the cost on to your client?
