I’ve not been around UHH much lately - simply due to a hectic summer, and here it is just about gone! I did get up to Yorkshire and managed a few photoshoot days when I returned so this is a combination of the two - plus a dog walk. Both models had their mouths open and their respective stances were not quite right, so plenty of Ps in here.
Your comments are always welcome whatever your opinion of it, and gratefully received.

Well, along those lines - definitely Yorkshire, just behind the famous Ribblehead Viaduct. The lady might be a bit blousy for the Bronte’s (or maybe not!). Thanks for commenting photophile.

Excellent processing, even to the pick up of the seed heads. I do wonder what the woman's emotions are, especially with the strange pose showing off the slitted dress. Perhaps that's good.

You've obviously got the Atmosphere slider well cranked up for this one .

Amazing, moody, "dark shadows" genre photograph. I'm sure Sherlock is on his way, hurrying to rescue her from *the hound*.

She was actually leaning on the mantle piece in a country house Bob - I did two versions of it, with and without the raised arm. Popular opinion (from the wife) was to leave it raised. I had intended going in the direction of a Burne-Jones pre-Raphaelite sort of image (her having the red hair an’ all) but, as usual, ended up somewhere else. Maybe another time.
Many thanks for your comments.

I’ll think about that idea, might take a year though! Glad you like it and thanks for commenting.

Thanks Keni. I’ve decided the answer to the fog and mist problem is overlays, rather than a brush. Seems to give a more natural effect and blending modes keep it simple.

It is a bit Grimpen Mire-ish isn’t it? Wish I’d thought of that now - I’ve got some shots of the mire that is thought to have inspired the story. Many thanks for commenting, you’ve got me thinking.
