All my life and I am 60 now, I could never imagine NYC as a vacation destination until I had to go for a business meeting.

All I can is WOW, my perception was way off.
I decided to take my better half to see the big apple and see what it was all about and got some great shots.

We took the ferry to see the Lady, This is something I have always dreamed of.
For these shots we walked about 15 miles per day and really got to experience the city.

Hershel from B&H photo was kind enough to give us a tour of the store and behind the scenes, B&H is not at all a small operation, they are huge, the store is just the tip of the iceberg, they have my business.

Enjoy.

It was great meeting you and my pleasure to show you our extensive operation. It's always a thrill for me to meet folks from all corners of the world that I have become acquainted with here on UHH.

Looking forward to seeing you again upon your next visit.

Thank you for the awesome feedback.
What I posted and what many have said, there is a photo op on every corner and street.
These I consider the best of my shots but there are many more.
Central park is awesome, saw strawberry fields and walked around the Dakota, no photos.
Saw the 911 memorial, took some photos but the feeling was too intensely sad and I feel like deleting them.
All in all the trip was fantastic and every day we see sights that we saw on TV, "hey sweetie we were there".
This was something as a younger person that I could not imagine doing, NYC was the last place I would ever want to go to.
Turned out to be one of the most fun things I have ever done.
Glad it brought back memories for some and hopefully inspired others.
I will dig out some of the other shots, not the best landmark shots but just NYC in general, thanks.
