All my life and I am 60 now, I could never imagine NYC as a vacation destination until I had to go for a business meeting.

All I can is WOW, my perception was way off.
I decided to take my better half to see the big apple and see what it was all about and got some great shots.

We took the ferry to see the Lady, This is something I have always dreamed of.
For these shots we walked about 15 miles per day and really got to experience the city.

Hershel from B&H photo was kind enough to give us a tour of the store and behind the scenes, B&H is not at all a small operation, they are huge, the store is just the tip of the iceberg, they have my business.

Enjoy.

I love that view of the Statue of Liberty. I tell everyone I know who visits to take the Circle Line tour of Manhattan. I honestly believe that is the best way to see her. Much easier than going to the island itself.

Nice shots. I have lived in NY and NJ most of my life. We still live in NJ and go in to theater and museums often. Despite that, we take a hotel room once a year and spend a few days in NY, as if tourists! We love NY. 😍

Excellent series. Your set brought back many memories. I worked in WTC Tower#1 from its opening day until I retired in 1996. NYC.offers many great locations to take photos. I hope that you were able to walk throughout the Business District & capture a photo of the little girl and the charging bull, the Stock Exchange, check out the Seaport and grab a bite in one of the many business districts restaurants. If you get a chance to return, you should try to explore Central Park, Museum mile and the Empire state Building. Also every block offers a different & interesting street scene. Again, thanks for reawakening many nice memories.
