HDR Aides Post Processing

I have found that sometimes HDR can help bring out colors and objects to begin the post processing effort. I was cruising through some archives and ran across some photos I took of a Christmas tree ornament. There were easily three of slightly different exposure so I loaded them into Photomatix 6, applied the fusion natural preset and made a few tweaks. Rendered into the HDR final image and saved. Then I took the result into Paintshop Pro 2019, cropped and resized, added a bit of fill light and a bit of clarity. Saved the result and here it is. Is it acceptable?? Have a GREAT DAY!

I like Photomatix 6 to a point. Mostly automatic presets with some manual tweaks. Works pretty well.

I join you in liking Photomatix 6. True, there are many automatic presets, but what I like is that I can "fine tune" any. So I pick the one closest to what I'm looking for, and then use the sliders to "fine tune".

Thanks for viewing my post. I agree with you. I picked a preset that showed the best color and then tweaked the sliders a bit. Have a GREAT DAY!
