Some birds in my back yard

First my back yard is not great to look at until these guys show up! The first picture is on the back fence looking down the alley. Then the next 2 are on the phone pole in the alley. And finally the water tower that I can see from my back yard. They love to sit up there since it high and protected. Gives them a great view of their hunting grounds.
One additional question, what kind of birds are they?

Those feathered legs lead me to think Rough Legged Hawk. They winter in the 48 states down to Texas and breed in Canada etc.

Thanks for the feed back. I truly love watching them fly around in the sky over our house.

They are around on a regular basis. If I can i will get some more pictures.
