Hi again,
Today I tried doing something for the first time. Photographing street art. There is a street in N.E. Portland named Alberta St. It is Old Portland. It is a very eclectic neighborhood which makes for great photo opportunities. Walked about thirty blocks peeking down allies and anywhere else that looked interesting. Fences, walls, buildings... if there was a space, someone painted on it. It was a good day.

there are a good many talented folk "out there" writing on walls.

There really is. I was pleasantly surprised. I am going to look at another neighborhood and see what I can find.

My wife and I visited Portland in 2017. We spent a lot of time photographing street art there.

I have lived in the Portland area all of my life. Many changes over the years. But it continues to keep its identity. Supporting art of all kinds is part of Portland's fabric.

What is interesting is some of the art is on a revolving schedule. What you see today may not be there in six months. Thank you but the artists did the hard work. I just took the pictures.
