I have tired many times to upload an avatar, following closely the suggested steps. Each time I hit the update button, my avatar disappears. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help. p.s. I'm using windows 7

maybe your pictures are too large. in megabytes. Try reduce it's size & try again. ;)
