P40 Hi HWG, I think you need your camera set on manual then raise the shutter speed to freeze movement, to get a sharp shot the shutter speed needs to be the same or higher than the lens you are using, so your 50mm lens you need a shutter speed of at least 1/60 sec and if you used a 200mm telephoto lens you would need at least 1/200 sec
