The actual color of the bird depends entirely on the type of light, angle and how it reflects off the feathers and also the observer's vision and how their brain interprets it.

I actually prefer the original because the background is warmer with less shadow and more emerald colors although the tonal qualities in the bird's feathers are more vivid in the studio 2 version and both images are magnificent images of one of the fastest objects on the planet.
