You need to repost and click "store original" if you want critique. We need more than a thumbnail.
I think it looks quite nice. However, it's probably right about on the edge of a bit too much. Though I disagree with the use of the term editing. I prefer processing.

Try toning down the blown out white at the back of her arm and bottom of her hair it will pull focus back to her face. She has a very pleasant expression that should be a strong point to this photo. I think she will really like this; it's a very flattering photo.
It might be helpful to post the original before processing so that everyone could see the changes you've made and better advise you.
