Seeing cleared for about 30 minutes tonight and I was able to shoot a few 2 minute videos for stacking.
I used a 6" Celestron SCT on my AVX mount and imaged with the C236 Cmos camera.
I stacked 50% of 2700 frames in Autostakkert2 and tweaked the results in Registax6 wavelets.
Thanks for looking.

Still not getting clear skies? We’ve had quite a few lately. Have you tried Saturn yet this year?

I messed up, set up my RASA, so no planets for me.

It’s monsoon season so we get lots of clouds with occasional rain. I haven’t even been able to get lightning shots.
Remember I was able to shoot Saturn earlier this month.

What did you do to your scope? No imaging must be making you nuts. I hope you can fix that situation.

Ah, yes you did and it was a good one too.

I’ve been trying to get my RASA collimating. It’s definitely better, but still not right. I’ve shot a couple pix that look good as long as you don’t zoom in. If I can’t get it right, Celestron will do it for $425. This hobby is always a challenge.

Stunning Jim , I'm so glad you're pulling it in. I hope you get your RASA squared away Brian.

Thank you very much.
Color is not right but I was getting decent detail for a short time.
I agree. I sure hope Brian gets his scope squared away. I still have not been able get my 6” Celestron newt dialed in all the way so I may wind up cutting my loss and look for a decent 8”. So much fun this hobby is.

I hope you can get the newt square or it's dipping into that back pocket once again . What do you use to collimate it? Fun , fun , fun until something doesn't connect then it's frustration trying to find out what's wrong. Computers are my biggest pain.

I can see all 4 of the moons, Jim!
Great!

We are getting many clear nights here now.
My trouble is meshing the clear with non-working days. Seems when I can, the weather tells me "Un-uhh..."

Or my equipment says "Nope!"
