Here we are at the last weekend of July. It's the "weekend-post-whatever-you-wish" - leftovers from Judy's challenge "Capturing Photos your Audience will Love", recent shots you've taken etc. Thank you JJ for hosting last week's challenge. Remember, I am simply starting the weekend post, it's OK to "post and run". Comments are appreciated but never obligatory and take time - time to spend on summer fun. I'll start off with 3 taken a few weeks ago and just recently "worked".

Thanks so much, Pat, for getting us started on another "No Host, Just Post" weekend.
Love what you've shared with this set...nicely done!
I never got all the decent images from the National Aquarium in Baltimore
posted last week, so I hope everyone will indulge me....

color changes everything B/W locks down contrast
B/W was a chore … shoot/develop/print/reshoot/it
color was expensive but time/lag/lab/time/developed
Kodachrome / all the worlds a sunny day (oh yeah)))
either way it works because you nailed it (near cubic)

I prefer the B&W version - getting rid of the color puts more emphasis on the people as well as the architectural elements of the terminal and turns it into a good street shot.

Thanks for the start-up, last weekend of July already! Ugh! Its nice though, August has 5 weekends!
Like the different perspective with the b&w...led me to each person more than the color rendition asking "what is that person's story?" "What are they talking about?" etc.

Love it, noticed you gave a blur to Saturday...they are always a blur trying to get as much packed in as I can and the Sunday gave me a sense of peace & calm I think it was the colors...
