I am in a weird mood today and browsing around found these quotes from the "Foghorn Leghorn" cartoon character.
Some of them are not even a little bit PC. And of course a lot of them are not from the cartoons but made up by someone.

link in second post to avoid being moved.

I don't believe all of those quotes can be truly attributed to Foghorn Leghorn.

You are of course right.

I went back and edited the first post w/o the link as soon as I posted the link. I had meant to say it but was distracted by trying to get the last dregs out of my coffee cup.

Off to see the coffee machine now. I am behind on my daily caffeine quota.
We all need to keep Juan Valdez and his fellow coffee growers gainfully employed and able to see to their families' needs in an adequate style.

I know the feeling. I try to keep Juan employed and his family living in a manner in which I'd like to become accustomed.

Aren't the k-cup machines great? Keep a variety of types of k-cups and use what fits your mood or need. They even have hot chocolate and tea varieties. I saw an ad for k-cups of an alka seltzer type med and even anti-cold and flu drinks.

A "hint" from the Angelino's Coffee site that they put up when they added several tea blends to the product line.
If you want a glass of iced tea and don't want to make a pitcher (or use those instant single serve packets) just fill a glass with ice, put your tea variety of choice in the K-cup machine and brew the tea directly into the glass of ice. Give it a few minutes to sit and melt most of the ice and presto, a glass of iced tea. I tried it with English Breakfast tea and added some lemon juice to the glass of ice before brewing. It was very good. They also added that for a larger glass of tea set the machine to "strong" (if you machine has that setting, our new does) and use a larger glass of ice, the melting ice will dilute the tea to normal.

We DO know that Foghorn Leghorn was drawn as a parody of a real life Southern Senator, right?

Actually no. Senator Claghorn that Foghorn was partly based on was a character on the Fred Allen radio show. The character also had a lot of features of another radio character known as "The Sheriff" from another radio show "The Blue Monday Jamboree".

But both of those characters were take offs on a stereotypical blowhard politician with a Southern accent.

Scroll to the bottom and they have links to all the cartoons the character was in.
