when I see women with extreme botox injectons, I cringe. the first time became aware of them was on lisa rinna. after looking at many of her before pics, I can't imagine why she went that route.

I'm with you! They look like freaks. I read she had her lip redone to take out the filter and reshape her lip back to something almost resembling her actual lip.

Big, fake lips equal big turnoff. The same goes for big shoulder pads that make potential beauties look like linebackers.

I've decided that I look as good as I possible can, so why try to improve on what Nature has already achieved?

All those exaggerated implants are a badge of honor and expression of wealth for today's women. Especially in LA. Sorry fat but's and fat lips just don't do it for me!

As hideous as they look, some of them then highlight their lips perimeter with a black or very dark color.
It makes them appear as though they were sucking on a chocolate covered banana.
