This orchid was best in show at a New England Orchid Show about ten years ago. Prior to that (in different hands) it was Grand Champion of the World Orchid Conference in South Africa. In both cases it had many more flowers than on this blooming.
These flowers are huge, being about six inches across.

Gorgeous Cymbidium. Too hot to grow here in Florida. Very nice capture.
