Another Trip to the River.... (Second Outing With the EOS R)
If any of you saw my post from a couple of days ago, this outing went much better. I was actually able to do some bird in flight tracking but the results were only so so and the birds were too far away for me to post the pics. Out of the images below, of course I like all of them enough to post, I love the Tri-Colored Heron, beautiful little bird.
The shots of the Blue Heron were backlighted and took a bit of processing, what can ya do?
If anyone is wondering how the camera works with EF lenses these images should put those concerns at ease.
Excellent work. I love the clarity and find detail!

Thanks Carol.... I have to admit that it is more the lens than it is me.

Really sharp and great detail. BTW, the lens helps, but it is the photographer who takes(makes) the picture.

Excellent set and details.
Thanks Willaim and Sylvia.... I really enjoy shooting birds, I can only get out for an hour or two at a time so I end up going to the same place that is target rich however the targets remain the same day after day month after month, but every time even though I am shooting the same species I find new enjoyment in the images I am able to collect.
Thanks Bob and Karin, I am processing a few more of these maybe I will post, they become so redundant.
Glad that worked out so well. Awfully good detail even with the 1.4. I would be pretty tickled with results like these.
Outstanding set! Wonderful lighting and focus, excellent composition. Everyone an Audubon shot!

Great set, like the colours and the detail.
