Margined Calligrapher - Toxomerus marginatus?

This was so small from four feet away, that I didn't realize it was a hover fly until I loaded it into LR & saw it enlarged. Shot with a D850, Nikkor300mm, pf & a 1.4x TC while looking for larger things.
DDL helps. Photo is a heavy crop of original..
