I found a great deal on Canon lenses at a garage sale.
Bought a 50mm EF1.8, 80mm EF1.8, and 18-200 EFS .
They look great. I know nothing about Canon cameras, been years since I had an EOS and AE.
What would be a reasonable 24 mg pixel to look for in the second hand market?

I’m not familiar with your 80mm lens but your “s” series will only mount on a crop sensor camera, the 50mm will mount either crop or full frame. I’m going to suggest a used 7D will handle all your glass and give you the resolution you are looking for. Check KEH, B&H and Adorama used departments. If you’re careful in your research you could find a great deal on eBay as well. Good luck with your selection and post some photos when you’re up and shooting.

5D MKiii .....amazing camera and around 1400-1700 used depending on condition. Possibly cheaper if you buy from an individual rather than online store.

That would depend on how much you want to spend, and how advanced a camera you want to consider. A good place to start for a used camera at a great price would be the Canon T6i. (Please note that the "i" is important in the model number. The T6 is a totally different camera than the T6i. I would avoid the T6 and T7 which are stripped down cameras with several generations old processors). The T6i has 24MP, a recent sensor and excellent auto-focus system. Of course the newer T7i or 77D would great options as well, with more features at a higher cost. A used 80D would be an excellent choice. Another consideration would be factory refurbished. Canon factory refurbished cameras offer great value, and a full 1 year warranty. For used cameras, you might want to check out mpb.com or keh.com. Adorama, B&H, and Camera camera also offer used cameras at good prices.

Just note that the EFS lens won't fit it.

The new SL3, 77D, or T7i would make the most sense/bang for the buck for you .....

The EF-S will only mount on an APS-C crop sensor. (EF lenses will also mount on APS-C bodies)
You want 24 mp so that leaves out the 7D or 7DII and the 70D. So 80D, 77D, T7i, T7(starter level stripped down model), T6s, T6i, SL2 in dslr and in mirror less M3, M5 & M50 (these 3 will need an adapter for the lenses you got.
The 1xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx series are full frame and use EF lenses only, not EF-S.
All can be found used and most can be found in the Canon Store's refurbished site (same warranty as new in box I have purchased from them)- but you have to check daily as they go in and out of stock rapidly. https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/cameras/refurbished-eos-interchangeable-lens-cameras
I have an 80D and my wife has a T6s. Both are good cameras. (I also have a 5DIV and 7DII-used to have a 6D also good cameras).

Keep in mind, the T7 and the SL3 has the universal pin removed from the hotshoe. This will make 3rd party speedlights a little difficult to use at preseent on those two models. Godox apparently has a firmware update in May 2019 that solves this issue but otherwise until further notice, Canon flashes might be the only viable option but that comes at an inflated price.

IMO there are better choices in camera bodies if you want to use artificial light in the future and at some time, you probably will.

Personally I would suggest either the 70D or the 80D, I had a 7DmkII and really did not like it at all.

An 80D would be my logical choice, for these 3 lens, since 2 are FF and one is Cropped.

I'd highly recommend the "i" version instead of plain.
