I bought this lens a year ago to shoot the Milky Way. Been there and done that. Now it just sits in the drawer. It should be in the hands of someone who will use it. This lens is absolutely like brand new. No scratches, dents, dust or fungus. Please note: this is an “L” class lens, the best glass Canon makes. Here is what you get:

Canon front and rear caps
Canon EW-88 hood
B&W 82mm SX-Pro Digital Haze filter (been on the lens since new)
Tamrac padded case

This is an ideal lens for shooting interiors, landscape, and sky shots.

I checked on eBay, and new they are selling for between $1100 (Grey Market) and $1400 (Canon USA). This is a Canon USA lens purchased from Tempe Camera, locally. My price is $750, includes USPS shipping to the lower 48. Will consider shipping outside lower 48 at your expense. I will accept PayPal, bank check, or postal money order.

How come you're not using this lens, its a pretty decent lens ( I've been using mine for over 10 years)? There are lots of uses for it besides Milky Ways!
