I don’t understand your reference to Hank Williams his song Jambalaya, and Canucks. Canucks refer to Canadians (Happy Birthday Canada), Jambalaya refers to a Cajun dish, and Hank was American.

Cajuns were forced out of Eastern Canada before the US revolution.

So, while I thank you for Paul Anka, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Celine Dion, Daniel Lavoie, Bruno Pelletier, and Garou (I loved Notre Dame de Paris), McGill University (my alma mater) and Mae West (the chocolate cake from Montreal) among other things, Hank, his songs and Cajun cooking is all us.
