Nice variety, Tom. Back pain is a pain in the neck, so to speak. I used to throw out my back a lot when I was younger. Very painful even to put on a pair of socks. Usually took 3-4 days to heal up enough to function normally. I've learned to be much more careful nowadays and haven't had much of a problem. Just a minor pain in the lower back that dissipates in a day or two.
