Earl these are wonderful images of those pelicans. The rainy day exposure level elevates the drama and wonder of them. I prefer this type of waterfront shooting to sunny day stuff and especially if I'm wanting B&W 's instead of color.

Great series. I love the look of the tern in the second and last shots, ruffled, disheveled and thoroughly disgusted.
