The camera is just a little over 2 months old, it even smells new and looks brand new as it has had so little use. Notice the screen protector on the camera which will be included. I’m selling it because it just feels too heavy for me. I am used to the lightness of my Sony A6000 and I now know I’m plenty happy with it. $1,175.

B&H has it listed at $1296.95. Your price is a savings of $121.95. I looked it up and thought I would post it here just to save others the trouble.

Your kind, considerate, and thoughtful ways are appreciated. There’s no trouble with the camera, other than the weight for me. Thank you for your input.

Trouble is, when you sell a camera and it becomes "used" Nikon will not warranty it. They will work on it, but no warranty.

Shipping - and insurance - are included in my price. But I should only communicate with the ones that are interested in the camera, some of whom have commented privately on your obvious desire to “help”

Nice rig, price will be an issue, especially if on sale now (new), and I see they are - $400 off. You might have to drop a bit for a real bite, or better yet - wait until they are off the sale price and your price will become a bargain.

For those of you who have asked privately, new Nikon cameras come with a one year warranty, so, this camera still has 10.5 months warranty and yes, you can register it. I called Nikon and they said the new owner can do that since I didn’t.

Thank you. I have never seen it for less than $1,296+tax which would be roughly $90 depending on where you are in the country, making it close to $1,400. My selling price - $1,175 gives you a saving of about $220 or thereabouts. Also, I would be paying for shipping and insurance, which means you would be saving and additional $40 or so (now the savings goes up to approximately $240). You would have enough money left over to buy a lens 😊 And, as I said elsewhere, it still has about 10 months warranty, backed by Nikon, whom I called before writing this just to make sure. Trust me, I looked around before pricing it.
Again, I sincerely appreciate your input 🙏

Nikon controls the price on their gear (as do all) with their "Authorized Dealers", right now it is $400 off, regularly $1696. Only the grey market sellers can offer it cheaper. When the Nikon sale runs out (probably end of month or after 4th of July) it will go back to $1,696 os so, and your price will be a bargain hunters dream. It is cool that Nikon will allow it to be registered by new owner, due to you not having registered, I had not heard of that before. Just be patient, list it again after the sale is off, and you will get someone who procrastinated on the sale and missed it, they will love your bargain price!!! I'd love one, but my budget isn't ready!! Good luck, like I say, wait till the sale is off and then post it, you will do fine!

My mother taught me that if you don’t have anything nice to say or to contribute, you should keep your mouth shut. I appreciate kind comments like yours and the private ones I’ve gotten as well. I choose to focus on those. Have a wonderful weekend!

Did it originally come with Nikor lens? And if so would you consider selling that as well?
