I have often wondered just how good AP would be during a full or very close full moon would be?
The internet & forums recommend using filters or aiming for star clusters, DSO well away from the moon.
With only a 90 minute window between clouds I thought it was worth a shot.
Setting up as the clouds started to break I managed good PA & great focus.
I only attempted short exposures due to the sky being a wash with LP from Lunar
Techy bit......

Those are excellent, as good as I could ever hope for.

Excellent results given the sky conditions!
Hint: try Hasta La Vista Green HLVG to remove green cast in your M101.
I love it , I've been trying to collect this target . The weather , bright moon and better mount is killing my chances to gather enough data. Nice stars and other galaxies Kudos Marc

Thanks mate.
I feel your pain with the weather and luna.
Problems with your mount?
Marc , it's a Meade lxd55 goto that's a 3rd owner with the screw holes worn out that hold the RA and the Dec saddle . I used JB Weld and even Loctite but, it's a lot of weight and it takes stress pretty well but , when I'm running up around {Zenith} before and after the meridian flip guiding isn't so good.
