This unretouched, full frame image was captured this morning in my back yard using a Nikon 200-500mm zoom at 320mm, max aperture of 5.6 and 1/250s. This lens continues to surprise me with its sharpness and contrast. Your comments, please.

Yep, I like my 200-500 also. I usually use a monopod and don't have any problems getting sharp photos with it. Nice sharp, colorful photos by the way.

Julian, fantastic photo with excellent detail in a DDL. I agree with you about the ability of the lens/camera capability, however, it is the person behind the camera that should get the praise.
