"Six Democratic candidates would best President Donald Trump in potential 2020 matchups, according to a new poll from Quinnipiac University, released on Tuesday.

The poll shows 53 percent of v**ers say they would support Biden, while 40 percent say they would v**e for Trump.

The gap is smaller for Sens. Bernie Sanders (9 points, or 51 to 42 percent), Kamala Harris (8 points, or 49 to 41 percent) and Elizabeth Warren (7 points, 49 to 42 percent).

Other candidates, like Sen. Cory Booker and South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg lead by a five-point margin (5 points, 47 to 42 percent).

"The head-to-head matchups give this heads up to President Donald Trump's team: Former Vice President Joseph Biden and other Democratic contenders would beat the president if the e******n were held today.

Leads range from Biden's 13 percentage points to thin five-point leads by Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Cory Booker," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll."

I think it's a really good thing to get excited about polls one and a-half years before an e******n. This way you can celebrate for a long period of time until cold-hard reality sets in.

It would be interesting to see who they polled.
In the last p**********l e******n they were polling about 60-40 democrats over Americans. These polls if following the same trend are likewise skewed for the democrats over Americans.

You do realize that Biden can't keep his foot out of his mouth and will go by the wayside. Watch the guy, he is very slow mentally and keeps having to correct what he says. He is a buffoon. The rest of the democratic heap are trying to see how far left they can go. Main stream America will not support that, just like they didn't support it in 2016.

Reality Check: The e******n is not today, it is more than 500 days away. Polls at this point mean nothing. Remember how all the polls projected hildabeast to win? They mean nothing.

Americans are walking away from the dems, they are too far out there. Look at democrat controlled California, Washington and Oregon, they are cesspools of homeless because they are under democrat rule. That is not lost on people. Democrats want the people to be standing there with their hand out and indebted to the state. They think that secures their v**er base. Not true anymore.

Dems keep beating the drums about Trump/Russia/obstruction and main stream Americans are s**k of it and say move on, there is nothing there.

2020 will be a Trump win. You tell me why Americans would turn their back on jobs coming back to America, which obummer said was impossible. You tell me why Americans would turn their back on a roaring economy, the best economy in the world. You think Americans forgot that democrats passed NAFTA and sent 700 thousand auto worker jobs to Mexico? We are in peace talks with NK, tariff's will become more fair. Wages are going up, all under a Republican President.

It is going to be a sad few years for you.

Just go ahead and nominate Biden, as the American people get a good look at the former Vice President and realize how dependent he is on others to do his thinking for him he will be destroyed..... "China a threat? Come on man!" it took only a couple of weeks for others to educate good ol' Sleepy Joe as to the existential threat that China actually is.... Beyond that his kid is going to be a real problem for him, flying around on Air Force Two making lucrative deals with countries that Sleepy Joe had influence over..... Deals in which Good Ol' Joe's kid had no expertise or even experience that would suggest that the deals were anything other than a pay offs.
