Need help identifing this hawk.

Shot this hawk on Jekyll Island, GA last November. Thought it might be a Swainson's Hawk but the Audubon Field Guide does not show them to be in GA.

I would guess a weird morph Red-tailed Hawk but I'm sure open to suggestions.

Outsized beak and feet point that way.
Tail wrong for Golder eagle.

Definitely looks like a juvie Bald Eagle to me. Beak, head, tail, talons, coloring are all right for a juvie Bald Eagle.

When I run into this problem, I send the photo to my local Audubon people, They usually respond in a day or two.

I agree with newtoyou and his objective observations on the beak proportions and the especially sturdy, robust structure of the feet/toes that this is unquestionably a juvenile bald eagle.
