Fledglings in My Yard

There is something about these that scream "fledgling". They sit and look like they are trying to figure what to do next now that Mom and Dad aren't feeding them all the time. I have even seen them land on the feeder backwards and take some time to figure out they need to turn around to get at the food.
These were all on the same day within a span of a few minutes. I almost always have ISO on 'auto' with limits set for the camera and go to manual changes if lighting calls for it. It was partly cloudy and the light was changing constantly. I was in the yard using a popup blind.
Here are three immature house finches and a Calif Towhee:
1. 7DII, 100-400 @ 400, 1/640 @ f/8.0, ISO 320 handheld at about 30' - center point AF, spot meter
2. 7DII, 100-400 @ 400, 1/640 @ f/8.0, ISO 250 handheld at about 30' - center point AF, spot meter
3. 7DII, 100-400 @ 400, 1/640 @ f/8.0, ISO 250 handheld at about 30' - center point AF, spot meter
4. 7DII, 100-400 @ 400, 1/640 @ f/8.0, ISO 6400 handheld - center point AF, spot meter, in shade
