Several weeks ago I dug out my senior citizen pass and went to RMNP. It was a pretty nice day. Warm and a little cloudy. I took a lot of pictures of Long's Peak. It is the highest mountain in RMNP and the only 14 teener in the park. It isn't the highest peak in Colorado. It is one the most difficult to climb to the summit. Trail Ridge Road was closed(and still is). I photographed it from a few different places. You can see Long's Peak from nearly any place in the park. The images have lesser peaks in front of Long's Peak as it was much farther away. I also saw some elk grazing and they were molting or whatever elks do in the spring. I don't know, my daddy was a Moose. Any comments are welcome, snark not so much.
Really nice. Looks like you had a good day.

Thanks it was a very good day, except every time I got to a place and set up my tripod, a bunch of people would stop and get out their cellphones, then walk in front of me. I have about 50 images of people's backsides. But got a few good pics that I haven't had time to process.
