B&H Optic 2019 Event

This will likely be moved by the administrator to the dead zone known as Links and Resources, but before that happens check out the many excellent presentations available free on-line at the B&H Optic 2019 Event. Runs today through June 5th, but of course some activities are not available on-line.

Note that there are four separate event venues, each with many different presenters and topics. But I think only the presentations from the Grand Ballroom -- Main Stage are streaming live on the Overview page. The others may be available after-the-fact on the Presentations page. Right now, though, the past presentation are from 2018.

For the curious, OPTIC stand for Outdoor Photo/Video Travel Imaging Conference.

Thanks. I call it dead only because posts in L&R get so few hits compared to the main section, but I agree there's lots of good stuff there.

There are two few companies today enlightened enough the see that this kind of conference sponsorship gets them far more attention and customer loyalty than most run-of-the-mill advertising.

I for one will certainly remember having had the opportunity to hear Frans Lanting live, free and from the comfort of my living room here in Maine, next time I'm in the market for a big lens!
