Lucky (my dog) and I set out for some new locations to do some birding but ended up coming home with the same usual suspects. I saw some pretty neat landscape and thousands of tiny little fiddler crabs running around by the water's edge but unfortunately I only had my birding lens with me so rather than come home with nothing at all I dropped by the bridge on the way back home and shot a few of bridge dwellers before returning home.... I was hoping to find a different variety of birds but no such luck.
Lucky however had a great time and that made it more than worth it!

Any boat time lately?No, having problems with the dog's car..... an old X3 that I kept to drive the dog around in and to tow the boat with. Need to stop buying camera gear and get the car fixed but it is scary because the problem is electrical which they never get right, car is 14 years old now, maybe time to find a better cheap used car.

Electrical problems with an automobile depends on who is working on your electrical system to begin with. I have been an automobile technician most of my life which I think qualifies me to make such a statement. Point is find someone you trust to get your electrical problems solve and keep driving that beast. Good luck which ever way you decide to proceed!

Thanks for commenting RodeoMan and here ya go a couple of images I took to check out the quality of my Sigma 50mm when it first arrived. BTW, if you are into portraiture it is an excellent lens.
