"Giuliani Busted With Doctored Pelosi Video As He Tweets About Integrity
The former New York mayor shared a video that was altered to make the House speaker appear to be slurring her words.
“What is wrong with Nancy Pelosi?” asked Giuliani in the initial tweet. “Her speech pattern is bizarre.”
The video was among several altered to make her appear to be slurring her speech ― a fact that had been widely reported by the time Giuliani shared it.
The Washington Post said one of the doctored Pelosi videos had been shared some 2 million times.
“It is striking that such a simple manipulation can be so effective and believable to some,” Hany Farid, a computer-science professor and digital-forensics expert at University of California, Berkeley, told the newspaper.
One of them appeared to be Giuliani, who deleted the tweet but did not acknowledge spreading the falsehood, nor did he apologize. "

Anyone other than a moron knows that the video was intentionally edited to unfairly make Pelosi look bad. The h**ers who shared it don't even care if anything is true as long as it hurts their enemies and promotes their cult leader. Pitiful!

Both videos are an attempt to discredit someone that Trump doesn't like.
The Trump thugs and their Russian friends are pretty good at feeding the right wing alternative facts; that they love to believe even after it has been proven that they are not true.

I'd have sympathy except that every late night show will play every stutter of President Trump and mock him for it. The video of Pelosi is just a representation of today's political climate, as seen on both sides.

Meanwhile, another video that makes use of crude video manipulation started circulating, showing Pelosi's onstage comments at the Center for American Progress on Wednesday. The video features slowed-down footage of the event, which makes her words seem slurred.
