wonder what the f-stop is ? Resolution ?............ must be pretty superb to catch tiny insects in flight.
could we make one for photography?............... Guess it is wide-angle.?

Thanks. It was shot at f16, 1/250 sec using a Sony 90mm 2.8 Macro lens with a 10mm extension tube and Sigma ring flash, and captured on a 24 mpx sensor. Original cropped to ratio of 14x11 and displayed at 2048 ppi and 100 dpi.
