By a Shakey Town attorney. He must have had some non-lawyer help him write it; it's plain language and easy to read.

I believe he was on the plaintiff team in the case Louder v. CompuServe, in which a batch of models dued the 2nd biggest ISP over hundreds of non-released photos, mostly swimsuit and nudes.

So a one page Model Release takes 12 pages of explanation. Does anyone else think that's ironic.

Multiply the countries of the world by the number of judges in each country, add the number of image makers 'posting',selling or simple entering competitions daily and divide by the people willing to try and make a buck by litigation.

Probably more than 12 pages in simple plain English needed.

There is nothing plain nor simple about The English!!

Take a chill pill, mate. As I mentioned and that lawyer makes clear, the article deals with USA law. USA. You know, that area formerly known as the 'American Colonies.'

If you want to do something useful, go agitate for the UK to develop something akin to our '1st Amendment.'
