update on my Canon 6D mark II camera

5-15-19 on my Camera 6D mark II getting fix
I brought this canon camera in Dec 26,2018 From Canon I take our Grandsons pictures in Sports high School Basketball and soccer and Grade school soccer that all I use it on went to take Grandson Grade school Soccer game . I only took 56 pictures I thought it was 8 pictures look at the chip in my camera had 56 pictures on it and it quite working said Err 20 an error prevented shooting turn the camera off and on again or re-install the battery. I put new battery in it still would not work just Err 20??? I think it is the window in the camera not sure. this happen to my canon T61 camera I send it in they fixed it now that one I fell on it getting out there to take pictures on the field . but the 6D markII I have been babying it Thank you DelRae :(
Call Canon talked to Steve Told him what I was doing when the camera broke and I just brought it 12-26-18. he looked it up and said it was still under Factory Warranty told me what to put in the Box to send it out 5-6-19 they got it 5-9-19 I have not heard anything on the Camera that they got it or anything. I call the repair place on the 5-13-19 to see how things are going with the camera. the guy ask me if I have a Repair Number? no I have not Received anything from you he said well you should be getting one. I got thinking about it so on 5-13-19 I call back and talk to a guy he asked for a Repair Number I said no Why he said because you owe $447.68 on the camera repair. I told him I send in the box with the camera when I brought the camera. they did not get the paper but if you e-mail us or Fax it to us your Copy of buying the camera. it will take 24 hours for us to get it in the e-mail I said I will e-mail it to you. he said send it to Purchase@cits.canon.com and put repair on it.
I call 5-14-19 they did not get the e-mail yet at this point I am getting upset it takes that long to get a e-mail? 5-14-19 I got the repair number RNE37137 that night in the mail on 5-14-19 I call 1-866-510-1335 the repair shop give the guy the repair number he said no don't have anything yet you know it takes around 48 hours to get the e-mail.
