Made this pic then applied the HDR using the Snapseed app. Think it turned out ok. May have overdone the color but I like it. Sorry, I don’t have the “before” picture to compare the two.

Color a bit strong for me but also this is a yucca, not agave. Agaves, Century Plants, bloom once and die.
The color is a bit strong but it is still a pretty shot.

Really should add that the composition is just fine.

Thanks, I always get them confused! I will edit the picture and “tone the color down” and repost. Appreciate your comments!
I like it Jim. When I use HDR I want in your face color and shadows which HDR does superbly, and many say my images are 'over cooked'. I don't care and if I desire subtle color changes, I certainly wouldn't use HDR. Anyway, my daughters and grand kids like my HDR treatment so that's all that matters to me~Right?

Ah-whoo-ah!! Exactly! My family (except the wife) likes my “creative thinking” but Mama says “it doesn’t look normal”. My retort is “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. Lol
But, I do appreciate the comments and will take them to heart. I try to see the beauty in everything because I know that glaucoma, a family “curse”, will probably rob me of my sight one day soon, so I want to enjoy what I like. I’m an avid golfer as well. I’m thankful for my “buddies” who look after me and make my life on the course enjoyable as well. We’re seniors but we’ve got a lot of living to do! Wishing all the best!
